Automatic Guided Vehicles can carry loads or tow objects behind them in trailers.The trailers can be used to move raw materials or finished product.The Automatic Guided Vehicles can also store objects on a bed.some Automatic Guided Vehicles use fork lifts to lift objects for storage.Automatic Guided Vehicles are employed in nearly every industry including paper,metals,newspaper and general manufacturing.An Automatic Guided Vehicles can also be called a laser guided vehicle(LGV) or self-guided vehicle (SGV).In Germany the technology is also called Fahrerlose Transport system(FTS) and in Sweden Forarlosa trucker.Automatic Guided Vehicles are available in a variety of models and can be used to move products on an assembly line,transport goods throughout a plant or warehouse.

Multi Sensor System for Obstacle Detection in Train Applications
Autonomously driving trains are under development for future systems to enhance public passenger traffic.However,the safety level for this application has to be the same as in conven-tional systems.Therefore,very capable sensor systems are considered which should detect all obstacles in front of the train.There is no single sensor system available which has the capability to fulfill all given requirements.For this reason, a multi sensor system containing radar and video technology is under investigation for this challenging application.

High-Speed Obstacle Detection for Automated Highway Applications
Highway obstacle detection is a challenging problem.Highways present an unknown and dynamic environment with real-time constraints.In addition,the high speeds of travel force a system to detect objects at long ranges.Although there are a number of methods that can successfully detect moving vehicles,the more difficult problem of finding small,static road debris such as tires or crates remains unsolved.Systems such as the Automated Highway System (AHS) which demand high levels of safety are not feasible unless these critical problems are addressed.Although the problem of detecting static obstacles has been tackled in both the crosscountry and indoor mobile robot navigation literature,these systems have operated at low speeds (5 - 10 mph or less) and short range.Thursday, January 10, 2013

Now a days we are facing the problem of nasalize and terrorist everywhere in India. This problem is very big in railways they often destroy the railways track to monitor and intimate the long railway track so in this abstract we develop a idea to create a Failed Railway Track Information System Using GSM.Abstract:-
